OUR RETURNS PROCESS
Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a reason that this is not the case, you can return the item(s) based on the following conditions:
You have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the product. Once you have notified us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accompanying accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the seller. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense.
We will credit the amount within 14 days after the return notification.

The entrepreneur (Lynn Sophie B.V.) will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
