Can I send an item as a gift?

You can send an item as a gift. Our items are always packed with a lot of love and attention, and they always look like a gift. Whether it is for yourself or for someone else, the invoice will be sent to the specified email address, so the person receiving the gift will not know the price.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels so that items available for order on the website are also in stock. However, it is possible that an item sells out faster than the system can update, in which case you will receive an email notification.

A size is out of stock, what should I do?

We do not restock items, which means that once an item is out of stock, it will not be replenished.

Does LynnSophie offer repair service?

What is the expected delivery time of my order?

The item will be shipped from the Netherlands within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination country. You will be able to track your purchase using the provided track & trace code.

How will my order be delivered?

Our items are always shipped in a sustainable manner, with a luxurious appearance. The clothing is protected by tissue paper that is sustainably manufactured.

Can I have my package delivered to a different delivery address?
